About Me
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in California. My journey into mental health care is rooted in a genuine passion for helping others achieve emotional well-being and personal growth. I believe it's not just about having the right qualifications, but also about exhibiting genuine care and dedication in every interaction with patients.
My Philosophy
I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to mental health care — integrating mind, body, and spirit aligned with your personal values. I believe in empowering clients as active participants in their mental healthcare. No one-size-fits-all solution exists for mental health, so every treatment plan is personalized. Medication isn't for everyone, and I won't prescribe unnecessarily. Instead, I explore all available options with you and your family, explaining treatment decisions in detail so you can make informed choices.

Beyond the Office
Outside of practice, I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball, skiing, and hiking with my Australian Shepherd, Stryder. I'm also an avid reader and volunteer with a therapy dog organization, providing comfort visits to CHOC Children's Ronald McDonald House, retirement homes, and memory care facilities.
