Holistic & Integrative
Treating the whole person — mind, body, and spirit
About
The practitioner
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in California. My work in mental health care is rooted in a genuine passion for helping others achieve emotional well-being and personal growth. What matters most to me is that every patient feels heard, understood, and supported in their care.
I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to mental health care — integrating mind, body, and spirit aligned with your personal values. No one-size-fits-all solution exists for mental health, so every treatment plan is personalized. Medication isn't for everyone, and I won't prescribe unnecessarily. Instead, I explore all available options with you and your family, explaining treatment decisions in detail so you can make informed choices.

Detailed explanation of treatment decisions and available options
Outside of practice, I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball, skiing, and hiking with my Australian Shepherd, Stryder. I'm also an avid reader and volunteer with a therapy dog organization, providing comfort visits to CHOC Children's Ronald McDonald House, retirement homes, and memory care facilities.
