Medication Management.

— Overview

Medication management is a core component of psychiatric care — comprehensive prescribing, monitoring, and optimization to support your mental health journey.

— I.  What to Expect

What to Expect

During your initial evaluation, we'll conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment to understand your symptoms, history, and goals. If medication is appropriate, we'll discuss how each medication works, why it's recommended, potential side effects, and what to expect during treatment.

— II.  My Approach

My Approach

I believe medication isn't for everyone, and I won't prescribe unnecessarily. When medication is indicated, I take a thoughtful, personalized approach — starting low and going slow, monitoring your response closely, and adjusting as needed. I also integrate pharmacogenetic testing when appropriate to help identify which medications may work best for your unique genetic profile.
